		<description>I&#039;m eating tons.  Mostly sugar.  And syrup. And pop.  I probably need to focus more on the complex carbohydrates rather than tasty ones.

I&#039;m not trying to lose weight.  I am losing a little and will probably continue to as my mileage increases.  For October alone I burned 9300 calories from exercise and I wasn&#039;t running that much.

I&#039;m definitely putting on muscle too.  I am more toned and feel stronger than before I started.  Hopefully I won&#039;t get injured and I can keep this up.</description>

What are you eating?  It doesn&#039;t seem to me that you have much weight to loose so I wonder if you&#039;re eating more now or letting the weight fall off naturally.</description>
